The Middle One Bar and Kitchen is an independent freehouse established in August 2024 by Tim and Josh.

in our beautiful grade II listed building, we provide the local community and visitors to Ashbourne with a warm welcome, fair pricing and a family-friendly choice with a community feel.

This is our first venture together into the hospitality industry and we can't wait for you to come and see what we have to offer.
